What it is
A daily score that summarizes how your logs, cycle data, and trends are tracking, so you don't have to piece it together yourself.
How it works
- Pulls from your Daily Log, cycle data, and any labs you've uploaded
- Updates daily as new data comes in
- Every change links back to what caused it — you can always see why it moved
Why it's different
Most apps show a score with no explanation. Yumo's Health Score always shows its reasoning, and never claims more certainty than the underlying data supports.
